We take the role in detail — responsibilities, team, working pattern, travel or race calendar, and what success looks like in the first season or year.

Search
We work our own network in the motor trade and paddock first, then search more widely. Candidates are spoken to properly, not forwarded on spec.

Shortlist
You receive a short, honest shortlist with our assessment of each person — including reservations, where we have them.

Offer and start
We support interview scheduling, feedback, offer and notice period, and stay in contact after the start date.
