Everyone on the driving team is invited, not applied. Each person is assessed personally by Stephen Whiteley — driving competence, qualifications and licences, insurance and, where relevant, DBS status — before they are put in front of a client or a customer. A support team handles the administration and coordination around each assignment.
When you brief us, you are matched with named individuals whose experience is already known to us, with their qualifications confirmed on file. Where a role involves under-18s or vulnerable guests, we confirm DBS status before allocation.
We are not the cheapest option and do not try to be. What we sell is people who turn up prepared, on time and presentable, and a single point of contact who answers the phone when plans change.
