We collect: name, contact details, specialism, engagement type, availability, licence/qualifications, SDSA membership status, website/LinkedIn links, background notes, CV and certificate uploads, and — only if you choose to provide it — DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) status, expiry date, and certificate. We collect this to assess and manage your involvement with Overdrive Group, including matching you to suitable placements and bookings.
How long we keep it: only for as long as it takes to assess your application, or to manage an active placement — then it is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Who sees it: where we arrange work for you, relevant details such as your licence and qualification status — and your DBS status, if you have given it — may be shared with the client or operator you are placed with, as part of setting that placement up.
DBS: Overdrive Group does not run DBS checks itself. If you send us DBS information, you are voluntarily sharing the status or certificate of a check you already hold.
